Before the incident

Employee was getting carts out of a cart corral; he was adding a cart to the line of carts he was already pushing towards the building.

What happened

Employee was returning carts from the parking lot to the building. He was pushing a row of carts and stopped in front of another corral to grab a couple more carts. As he was adding the cart to his row of carts a car pulled into the stall next to the corral. As the car was parking the employee took a step back to add the cart to his row and the car hit his left ankle. The car was a blue 4 door sudan licence plate [REDACTED]
