What happened

Operator was unscrewing inserts on a T2 tool. Operator used a screwdriver to use which was too short for the job. Operator noticed that some of the inserts were screwed in too tight. On the last insert Operator noticed that their right wrist was sore. Operator notified Lead who escalated to the on-shift supervisor.
