EE WAS PUTTING A PIECE OF FREIGHT ON THE DECK AND HAD A STRAP IN PLACE. ONCE HE PLACED THE FREIGHT AND GOT OFF THE FORKLIFT TO TIGHTEN THE STRAP AND FELT A POP ON RT SIDE OF HIS GROIN. EE WENT TO A CLINIC FOR TREATMENT AND WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A HERNIA.
