While trying to pull cases off of Lane 1 on [REDACTED] the cases were getting stuck between the weight of the Switch cases behind it and the brake on the rollers preventing me from pushing the cases back so I could more easily lift them out. I had to forcefully pull the cases out and strained my back in the process.
