Running AFocals on grinder
What happened
Removing AFocal surround (fixture) from the machine. The surround stuck to the grinder table and proceeded to slide under the conditioner ring in which it was running inside of. Once this happened it took the finger with it and smashed it in between the conditioner ring and table.
