THE EE WAS ON DUTY REMOVING A MONITOR FROM A STAND AND WHILE TAKING IT OFF THE EE INJURED HIS UPPER BACK. THE EE HAS PAIN STARTING FROM THE NECK AND RUNNING DOWN HIS BACK. THE EE IS NOT ABLE TO MOVE HIS NECK TO THE RIGHT AS IT CAUSES LIGHT PAIN.
