sitting on a shade trailer bench

What happened

injured employee and one other employee were sitting on bench crew boss arrived and asked the other person to hook up the shade trailer to be moved. they both got up from bench and the other person hooked up the trailer and injured person move to the rear of the trailer. when trailer was hooked up and ready to move the crew boss then started to move the trailer and the injured employee was standing near the back rear end of trailer near the back tire fender.
