Before the incident

Associate was on a EPJ and was coming from the freezer dock to the front dock. He rode to an area that was wet from a wet load breakdown. The area was slippery and this caused the EPJ to slip and slide. The EPJ slid and this cause the associate to run into a beam and injured his leg. His leg got caught between the beam and the EPJ machine.
