What happened

On [REDACTED] employee was preparing to clean the fountain. He pulled out all the supplies that stored in a large garbage container. Employee pulled hoes out of the trash can and twisted to the left to place on the ground and felt a strain. He then connected the hoes to the water pump and applied pressure to connect them and felt pain in his lower back.
