Employee was adding Sulfuric Acid to the Copper Activator tank

What happened

Pouring Sulfuric Acid over the side of a tank to make an add droplet of sulfuric splashed back and went around safety eye face protection and entered left eye. (Camera system verified ee wearing correct PPE). Employee immediately rinsed eye in eyewash behind him.
