Carrying fork extension downstairs.

What happened

Dock lock was stuck on building for semi-trailer. Took fork extension out of building. Carrying down the stairs and when the employee got to the bottom concrete was sheet of ice. Employee slipped on ice twisted ankle and went down on the ground.
