On the morning of [REDACTED] [REDACTED] woke up with an irritated eye when he looked in the mirror he noticed he had metal shaving in his eye. [REDACTED] did not recall anything happening on the [REDACTED] and is diligent on wearing his eye PPE. [REDACTED] went to the eye doctor in [REDACTED] and they removed a metal fragment on the [REDACTED] and then again went to Osage eye clinic [REDACTED] because his eye was still irritated and they removed an additional fragment that had festered.
