We had an associate that was loading a Tread shipment [REDACTED] on a trailer for the Carrier CFI SCAC Code [REDACTED] Trailer [REDACTED] Associate had begun loading this trailer and had already staged 3 full pallets On his 4th pallet into staging inside the trailer the landing gear on the trailer failed causing the trailer to collapse to the ground while the associate was inside
