What happened

Driver was moving carts back to truck during back door service. Cart went over uneven surface and a piece of metal came out and grazed driver 's leg. Driver reported to me that he had an accident and need to come back to the yard. Driver called work partners. Work partners sent driver to clinic for treatment.
