EE alleges that [REDACTED] he was working alone all day receiving and sorting donations there were about 64+ donations that came in and placing them in carts building boxes and palletizing items when he began feeling discomfort and pain in his lower back he was unable to sit down throughout his shift and didn 't notice the pain that much until he finished the day and was at home and then his pain progressively worsened and today he is having severe pain and difficulty with move.
