What happened

[REDACTED] states she was feeling dizzy and was having like a panic attack. She went up to ladies restroom and fell. When she fell she hit the toilet sit with her forehead. Our department Director [REDACTED] was in building for a team meeting. [REDACTED] went to restroom and was the one who found her. [REDACTED] came to get me and when I arrived to restroom [REDACTED] was crying very nervous and a big bump on her head. [REDACTED] called rescue. When rescue arrived I took them to where [REDACTED] was they examined her and came to let me know that [REDACTED] was alright and she did not want with them to get checked out at hospital.
