What happened

[REDACTED] went to shut of the air to the steam line. The shut offs weren 't working for the shut off 's that were on the air line. After the water was up to temp while [REDACTED] was trying to get the shut off valve closed water splashed out of the COP tank onto his left calf and left a burn. He did not realize how bad it was until he went to change at the end of his shift.
