What happened

[REDACTED] stated he was taking a case wash sample to the reclaim room. He walked Infront of the clamp truck and was hit. I didn 't know [REDACTED] was putting cases where he was walking. [REDACTED] stated he was coming out of 11 door. The cases where on a pallet. He was stacking the pallet and took the empties off the pallet and sitting the on the floor and he didn 't see [REDACTED] and hit him with the truck.
