TM was picking an East [REDACTED] Small Parts route. TM picked up a tote of Table parts and then reached across the dolly attempting to stack the tote on the opposite side of the pallet from the aisle she was picking from. TM leaned against the dolly placing her knees against the dolly for support.

What happened

TM leaned against the dolly placing her knees against the dolly for support. The force of the pressure from the TM leaning against the dolly as she stretched across the pallet caused the TM 's right knee to overextend and dislocate.
