Before the incident

Production Operator was tying up a recycle bag to take to the compactor. After preparing the bag the team member used one motion to lift and kick the bag onto another bag that had empty bottles in it.

What happened

After letting go of the bag the team members foot came down onto another bag of bottles snagging the foot of the TM causing a loss of balance. This caused the team member to fall backwards and they reached to catch their fall with their left hand.
