He was cutting and bending a tube of steel for a trailer rail.

He was taking the tube off of the conveyer. The one end was on the floor and he was handling the other end. He was pushing the tube and it hit something on the floor and caused it to stop abruptly. Momentum pulled the rest of the rail to the side and it fell off the conveyer. He continued to hang on to the rail and he twisted his back. He did not report the injury for 5 days. He went to the ER on his own accord and did not report it as work comp.
