What happened

[REDACTED] hit the metal wheel trying to break it free from the shaft a small piece of metal chipped off the wheel and hit [REDACTED] on his right forearm. [REDACTED] noticed his forearm bleeding and went to the first aid cabinet where he bandaged his cut and finished his shift. The following day [REDACTED] went to urgent care where they removed a small piece of metal from his forearm.
