Before the incident

After injury I stretched out my back and tried to work through some of the pain that was intermittent at the time of both occurences

What happened

CG was transferring a heavy patient from the gurney to the hospital bed. With assistance from another nurse a sliding sheet was used to transfer the patient to the bed from the gurney. When pulling CG strained back.
