Before the incident
Employee was removing a steel muffler cover shell while trouble shooting line issues.
What happened
While removing completed part with out realizing that shell was still under pressure from pusher behind muffler shell When shell was lifted ram moved forward causing sharp edge of steel to make contact with employees left wrist resulting in a laceration which required 6 sutures to repair.
