What happened

[REDACTED] was on the side of the store building on [REDACTED] checking on the truckers waiting to deliver their loads. EE stated that he reported the injury late because he wanted to inform his doctor. Who is already aware of this issue. From his previous work injury. His doctor told him to report it to work. While he was running back to the receiving back area his right kneww gave way. He did not fall but he noticed that he could not run any longer. He ended up walking back to receiving.
