Before the incident

[REDACTED] stated that upon arrival at [REDACTED] he unhooked the anchors from the wheelchair Rider was sitting in and moved her to the lift platform.

What happened

[REDACTED] said that as he was going to lock the wheels of the wheelchair the wheelchair began rolling to the end of the lift platform. He lost his balance and him and rider and the wheelchair went over the edge of the platform and fell on the ground. They both sustained injuries.

Driver stated that he had a few broken bones in his neck but the hospital (McLaren Pontiac) released him without surgery. He received two next braces instead.
