THIS WRITER WAS STILL BEING ASSAULTED BY THE PT BY HITTING THIS RN WHILE SHE WAS ON THE FLOOR. PT HIT HER BACK AGAINST THE EDGE OF THE DOOR FRAME WHILE PT KEPT HITTING THIS WRITER. MRS. [REDACTED] CALLED A CODE AND MANAGERS AND OTHER MEMBERS OF OTHER UNITS CAME TO ASSIST. EVEN MRS [REDACTED] THE DIRECTOR WALKED THIS WRITER TO THE HOSPITAL. ALL THE MANAGEMENT WERE VERY CARING
