What happened

Employee pressed the botton for the door to open it was going down and it got stuck so employee who was on the milking area went to go under the door to access the wash pen area so he helped coworker push it and it closed completely to when he wanted to go under the door it slammed down hitting employee on the back of the head left shoulder and left elbow.
