What happened

Employee was coming down the ladder of the HydroMobile Unit. What the employee did not realize is that the ladder was not fully deployed. When the employee was at the bottom he noticed that the ladder was not fully deployed. He stuck his finger in between the rungs the ladder then deployed causing his fingers to get stuck.
