The associate was carrying a box of cookies to the back room through the bakery cooler.

What happened

was carrying a box of cookies to the back room through the bakery cooler. Right before the associate exited the bakery cooler another associate moved a u-boat in front of the door as they brought a pallet through the hallway in the backroom. The associate was unaware the u- boat had just been moved in front of the door and as they exited the bakery cooler they could not see the u -boat due to the box of cookies they were carrying. The associate tripped on the u-boat and fell forward landing on the box of cookies. Their left wrist was under the box of cookies and landed on the ground.
