Before the incident

The associate was grabbing some cheese blocks from the top shelf. They were using a small step ladder.

What happened

As they were coming down they missed a step and fell backwards hitting a cart with food and the bottom shelf of the shelving rack. The associate tried to walk off the fall but did leave work to try and rest afterwards.
