Before the incident

The associate was doing dishes at the end of the day for the produce department. They had just filled a sink with soapy water.

What happened

As they reached into the sink to select a dish to scrub they felt a dish in the water. They grabbed the dish and discovered it was he blade of a knife. The blade caused a laceration to the fingers on their right hand. The associate attempted to stop the bleeding but was soon taken to receive medical attention.
