Forklift operator attempted to pick up a heavy box of worktables when his forks entangled into the straping opn a lower box. When the operator backed up the second box fell and was caught on the forks by the straping band [REDACTED] attempted to pull the box loos and in doing so the band broke and the box fell ontop of the employee
