What happened

Employee was wearing safety glasses and face shield but object bounced off arm up under his face shield and safety glasses and into his left eye. Employee flushed his eye at the eyewash station but continued to feel discomfort. Employee stated that he did not rub his eye and that was evident at the urgent care facility as no abrasion to the eye was noted. Nothing was retrieved from the eye but antibiotic ointment was prescribed.
