What happened

Employee was using hole saw to bore hole into camper ceiling when they suddenly felt something got in their eye. The employee went to seek help from tool room and rinse both eyes instead of one with wrong product employee was then taken to eyewash station and had eyes rinsed for 15 minutes but continued to feel discomfort
