The injured worker [REDACTED] states that he has left upper arm pain. [REDACTED] while bending over and reaching for a pallet [REDACTED] felt a stinger sensation in his left upper arm. Now he has pain from the elbow to the left biceps. The pain is constant and increases with ROM at the elbow and with wrist rotation. [REDACTED] has a deformity over the biceps a Popeye deformity. [REDACTED] cannot straighten the arm at the elbow. [REDACTED] 's PMH is not significant for prior left arm injuries.
