What happened

EE states pain and burning to right hand after getting hand closed in cvp machine on [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] was aligning the bag to the cvp and told another EE to press the button. EE states then realized that the corner of the bag was not in the cvp so she then grabbed the corner to align the bag and the EE had already pressed the button and her hand then got smashed.
