What happened

Employee was in bin 7399J reaching up to get a case of Monin syrup. Employee reached up with both arms but as the case cleared the bin something felt like it popped. Employee put the case down stretched the arm out a little and then completed a few more picks. It was sore irritated. Through break it felt weird and hurt so the employee decided to report and to get the shoulder checked. Feeling some tingling in the shoulder but not in hand.
