What happened

EE bent down to pick up a package from the pallet at ground level. The weight shifted in the box causing him to jolt forward while still bent over where he dropped the box and immediately felt tightness and a sharp pain in the lower right side of his back. The employee communicated having used safe lifting techniques when picking up the box.
