The employee was holding the plastic strapping that goes around cardboard bins. He had the plastic strapping pulled out of the reel and it was laying across the floor. The forklift driver was driving the forklift and went across the plastic strapping that was on the floor. [REDACTED] was holding the other end of the strapping and when the forklift went across it on the floor the strapping pulled out of his hand and caught his fingers.
