EE alleges [REDACTED] he was walking up to the fence to deliver a package and there was a small dog the owner said the dog wouldnt bite and when the owner opened the screen door and the EE went to hand the package to them another dog shoved the door open the EE put the package in front of them to try to create a barrier and the dog bit his left thumb then the dog chased him and when he went to jump the fence the dog bit the back of his right leg
