making repair to robot arm power wiring harness which came loose from robot arm motion swing

What happened

While attempting to secure the wiring harness to the robot arm left hand was supporting the wiring harness with the weight of the wiring harness caused the left hand to move downward into the path of a metal part secured in the weld fixture. In the downward motion of the left hand pinky finger made contact with top edge of part causing small laceration through the cut resistent glove and skin.
