It was right at break time and I had been busy before break so I had a little mess going on so before I went to clock out I started picking up my mess and I had placed a box on the line to have it labeled but when I went to grab it I was standing on a box or piece of cardboard and it slipped out from under me and I landed on my arm pretty hard.
