What happened

The employee was cleaning a metal detector belt in the corn room while standing on the top platform of rolling stairs. While repositioning their foot to continue cleaning the employee stepped near the edge of the platform lost footing and slipped. The employee fell from the top platform down the steps to the floor resulting in injuries to the left arm and left leg.
