What happened

employee attempted to cross cut 24 x 8 ' insulation which caused the piece to bind on the blade. Employee used excessive force to push the insulation through his hand slipped and went under the blade guard. his pinky and middle finger hit the blade.

Laceration and tendon separation. Required surgery to reattach tendon.
