What happened

Feeding material through Press D using the jog function on the hand controller. The material had a slight downward bend which required her to lift is slightly to guide it into the cooling roller. Instead of using the pinch bar she used her finger to apply the upward force and pinched her finger between the material and the cooling roller assembly.
