I WAS SCRUBBING IN THE CASE.

What happened

SURGEON WAS DONE GIVING LOCAL ANESTHESIA AND SHE HANDED OVER ME THE LOCAL SYRINGE WITH NEEDLE. I WAS RECAPPING IT THEN ABOUT CLOSE IT SUDDENLY I WAS CALLED AND TRYING TO CLOSE THE COVER IT SLIPPED AND STUCK ON MY LEFT INDEX FINGER.
