Employee was moving tote lids on a pallet with the pallet jack.

What happened

Employee was grabbing a pallet to move it to put lids on it. As they stepped back with the pallet they hit their heel on the pallet jack and fell to the ground. The employee was able to get up on their own and work the rest of the day but did feel some pain in their tailbone region.
