What happened

EE states he was washing a machine on top and another partner was spraying bleach from a pump jug. EE states he felt bleach get sprayed into his left eye and top lip. EE stopped working immediately and got down from his machine and went directly to the eye wash station.

Dx: Accidental acute chemical exposure (alkali) to the left eye. Corneal burn of the left eye. Medium corneal abrasion to the left eye.
