Cleaning a discharged patient room.

What happened

EE reports she was discharging a [REDACTED] patient across from this room. Heard a crash sound peaked out patient threw her whole cart over and he was going towards her. Tried to hurry into the room and close the door. Patient pushed her on the shoulder went in the room and slammed door. She did not fall. Did not hit her head on anything. She reports severe pain after being shoved - like he took the wind out of her.
